When your vehicle needs attention, you should not automatically have to arrange a tow, miss work, or spend the day waiting at a repair shop. Auto Monkey connects Fitchburg drivers with vetted mobile mechanics who perform qualifying repairs where the vehicle is parked.

Whether you have a dead battery before a Madison commute, brake trouble near Fish Hatchery Road, or a warning light before getting onto the Beltline, Auto Monkey provides a more convenient path forward. Request an estimate through the app or call 888-501-2201.

• We Bring the Repair to You
Skip the tow truck and the traditional shop visit when the repair can be completed where your vehicle is parked. A mobile mechanic comes to your driveway, workplace, or another safe parking area with the tools needed for the approved service.
• Vetted, Qualified Mechanics
Auto Monkey's mobile mechanics are screened and evaluated before working through the platform. Customers can review mechanic information, communicate through the app, and book without handing cash to an unknown roadside mechanic.
• Upfront Estimates and Secure Payment
Review the estimate before approving the repair. Payments are handled securely through the Auto Monkey platform. Direct or Cash payments to mechanics are not permitted.
• Warranty-Backed Service
Qualifying repairs booked through Auto Monkey are backed by a 24-month/24,000-mile warranty, subject to Auto Monkey’s warranty terms. That gives you accountability after the mechanic leaves—not just a completed transaction in a parking lot.

Fitchburg sits directly south of Madison and blends established neighborhoods, newer development, business areas, and open countryside. Many residents depend on their vehicles for trips into Madison, the University of Wisconsin area, the State Capitol, Verona, Oregon, and other parts of Dane County.

Consequently, a vehicle problem near Fish Hatchery Road, McKee Road, Verona Road, Seminole Highway, or the Beltline can disrupt far more than one short trip. Mobile repair helps by bringing qualifying service to the place where the vehicle is already parked.

Wisconsin weather adds another challenge. Cold temperatures can expose a weak battery, worn starter, charging problem, or ignition issue. Road salt, potholes, and winter driving can also reveal brake and suspension concerns. Then, as temperatures rise, cooling-system and air-conditioning problems become more noticeable.

Auto Monkey handles many common repairs without requiring a traditional shop visit. However, not every repair belongs in a driveway. Work requiring a lift, alignment rack, tire machine, major engine equipment, or controlled shop conditions remains outside the scope of mobile service.

Auto Monkey mobile mechanics offers a wide range of car repair services for all makes and models, including diagnostic work, brakes and rotors, alternator, starter motor, power steering, battery replacement, oil changes, suspension, heating and cooling systems, thermostats, water pumps, drive & auxiliary belts, and more. Our experienced mobile mechanics arrive with all the tools needed to complete the job, ensuring you get back on the road quickly and safely.

We Don't Do: transmission work, engine swaps, PCM programming, tire balancing, alignments, windshield or glass repair, body work, or tires.
